Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Very very helpful staff, friendly services, and particularly good location short walk to the Milan airport and tram 4 from Porta Nuova station. Very clean bed in the king room, plus tea/coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table...

We lived in the guest room with huge windows and spacious bathrooms plus coffee. The private parking was nearby, welcoming service.

Had a good stay with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast choices, and friendly staff. Quiet surroundings made for a restful night! 🌙

Great place to stay- decent value for the money

I enjoyed the hotel's the food and staff. Close to the property you can see beautiful tourist places like Museo della Frutta. The beds were good in my room. I would recommend staying here.

Oh, how quaint! A '4-star' hotel with air conditioning that barely whispers cool air during the hottest week! Absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast? Only sugar-laden products and no vegetables in sight. I was just about to give a decent review, but where was my complimentary upgrade for enduring such discomfort? Still shaking my head!

Very friendly staff, made me feel really welcome!

WiFi didn't work in my room, but was offered to change rooms if I wanted, so can't really fault it. Excellent location for the Congress Center in Lingotto, with very easy access to the Metro which is located about 5 minutes walk from it. But a bit far from the centre, which needs about 20 minutes walk to get to.

The Front Desk staff was outstanding. Gabriele Rosso was extremely help with directions and recommendations for restaurants. Sorriso's was excellent and within easy walking distance of the hotel. Proximity to the tram and to the University is excellent.

The hotel offers an excellent location with easy access to public transport and attractions, particularly a handy tram stop directly across the street.

The breakfast selection was limited, lacking fresh vegetables and variety, disappointing for a hotel experience.

Very friendly helpfull staff, the waiter during breakfast served each guest fresh cappucino or espresso several times with flair. Unforgettable, this was a great way to start the day. My compliments!

This is a very good hotel, situated conveniently. Although it is an 800m walk from the main railway station, most of the walk is under cover.

acceptable stay, but room needs improvement

The breakfast offered a nice variety, providing energy for a day of exploration. The tram stop right outside made it easy to navigate the city. I enjoyed a lovely city view that added charm to my stay.

The air conditioning barely provided relief during my time there.

Hotel is close to bus and tram lines. Room is comfortable, and clean.

Breakfast has a large assortment of cakes and cookies, but only a some sliced salami and ham. Room is quite small.

Staff at front desk was very polite and nice. Breakfast is excellent. 15 min walk from Porta Nuova train station.
